How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat fee of $3.00 to anywhere in the United States. For Canadian orders, please click on the Special Offers page and add the Canadian Shipping Fee to your shopping cart.
How long does shipping take?
Your
order will be processed and shipped within two business days (may not
include weekends and holidays). Shipping takes 7-10 business days,
depending on where you are located.
Do you charge sales tax?
Monet Minerals is based in Minnesota. We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota addresses.
Do you accept returns?
Due
to the nature of our products, Monet Minerals does not accept returns.
We suggest you take advantage of our sample sizes, to try out
colors/products before you purchase a full size.
What are the different sizes that you carry?
There are two different sample sizes available for every product. The size of our Full Size varies by product.
What do your sizes look like?
Small Sample Size - .5-.75 gram in a baggie - $2.00
This
is more like a color sample. There is enough product for at least one
application (maybe more for eye shadows or MPPs), but is designed for
those that wish to see and touch the colors. If you are already a
mineral makup user, this is a good size to order to determine your
correct foundation shade.
Large Sample Size - 1-1.5 grams in container - $5.00
This
size is perfect for trying any of our minerals for the first time.
There is enough for at least 3 applications of foundation and veils and
even more for eye shadows and MPPs. Because they are in a container,
they are a lot easier to use than samples contained in baggies.
Full Size Eye Shadows, MPPs & Blushes - 3 grams in container - $12.00
These come in a 10 gram container and can last up to 3 months.
Full Size Foundations, Bronzers & Veils - 10 grams in container - $20.00
These come in a 30 gram container and can last up to 3-6 months.
